From high quality information and support to empower you to take control of your arthritis, to campaigning for change… Arthritis Care is there for you.

Arthritis Care exists to support people with arthritis. They are the UK’s largest organisation working with and for all people who have arthritis. They are a user led organisation which means people with arthritis are at the heart of their work – forming their membership, involved in all of their activities and directing what they do.

They believe in:
  • choice for people with arthritis and that the first step towards making positive choices is easily accessible, reliable information
  • supporting people with arthritis in living their lives to the full
  • speaking up for people with arthritis and their needs, and pushing for change

Direct Enquiries have teamed up with Arthritis care to offer a UK wide telephone information service, detailing the access and facilities at thousands of premises UK wide.  Previously this information had only been available via the Direct Enquiries website.

Members of the public can call the information line - 0870 162 0 162 - and speak directly to a memeber of the specially trained Direct Enquiries team about thier access requirements.  The team will then be able to provide details of the most suitable premises for the callers needs.
