learndirect is committed to providing all of our customers with a welcoming environment. We are working with Direct Enquiries to provide detailed information regarding the access and facilities that are provided at each learndirect Learning Centre.

We understand that every learner has different requirements and with this in mind we expect learndirect Learning Centres, where required, to make physical changes to improve the accessibility for customers with disabilities.

We aim to offer an excellent standard of customer service to meet the needs of all of our customers.

Should there be physical changes that could not be made, the staff in learndirect Learning Centres will be happy to provide personal help and assistance to make your visit to this centre as easy as possible.

If you cannot visit the Learning Centre, then every learndirect Learning Centre is required to provide remote support to learners. This means that you could be enrolled on a course by telephone or post, and then do your learning online from your own computer at home, providing your computer and your internet connection are sufficiently up-to-date to support our online courses. The Learning Centre will provide online tutor support to you. If you have special learning needs, it may be that a visit to the Learning Centre will be necessary to assess your learning needs.
