There is a Drop Off point located outside the main Entrance of the Hotel. Liverpool Street Station (underground and overground) is located near the Hotel. There are Buses that run frequently along Bishopsgate.

To enter the Hotel there is a revolving automatic door and also an adjacent accessible door on either side.

At Reception staff check guests into the Hotel via a tablet computer using secure Wi Fi.

George Bar and Mildred Restaurant is located near the Reception Lobby on the Ground Floor. Quintessentially British, the George Pub is a rare step back in time. The Champagne Bar is located near the Catch Restaurant on the Ground Floor. The Champagne Bar is a buzzing watering hole for busy city types. The bar is a dramatic horseshoe shape, clad in aquamarine and silver mosaic. The 50-seat Champagne Bar occupies a beautifully restored room, mixing old and new in both the interior design and the composition of the menus. Miyako is a Japanese Restaurant and is located near the Reception Lobby. Ideal for quick light lunches and evening meals, with a Japanese beer, wine or sake on the side, people also love the take-away bento boxes, which can be ordered from the take-away menu or by fax and/or, phone. There are 4 accessible rooms available; these are located on the 1st and 2nd Floors.
