Accommodation
The hotel has 22 accessible rooms, 2 per floor. The rooms are located in the same position on each floor and are close to the lifts. The rooms have either left or right handed transfers but not both. Each room has an ensuite with an accessible shower.
Car Parking/Drop Off
There is a small car park located in the hotel basement. The car park has two accessible spaces located close to the lift lobby providing direct access to the reception lobby. There is a drop off located immediately outside of the hotel providing direct access to the hotel entrance.
Public Transport
The nearest bus stop is located a short distance from the hotel on John Islip Road. The bus stop is for the Tate Modern and there is level access to the hotel.
Access into Hotel
The hotel entrance is approached from John Islip Road and is on level access from a pavement area. There is a revolving door which is supplemented by a manually powered pass door. Both doors lead directly into the reception lobby.
Circulation
The hotel is a modern building which is bright and spacious offering a good level of circulation. There is level access to all areas and lifts to all floors.
Reception
The reception is the main feature of the lobby and runs the full length of the room. The concierge is a small separate counter which is located close to the accessible entrance. Both counters are unsuitable for a wheelchair user owing to their height. This said, checking in and other reception queries can easily be dealt with at one of the nearby seating areas. Both counters have induction facilities. The reception lobby is bright and spacious and affords a generous lend of circulation.
Bars
Millbank's lounge bar is located on the first floor and can be accessed from either an external entrance which has steps, or from inside the hotel lobby by way of steps or lifts. The bar is a bright spacious room with a range of seating to suit all users. The tables within the lounge are low level and therefore not designed to be sat at. Whilst the bar is not at an accessible height, a full table service is in operation.
Restaurants
The City Cafe is located on the ground floor and can be accessed from the lobby. In addition there is an external entrance leading from the side of the hotel. Both entrances are on level access however the entrance from the lobby is open plan. The restaurant is bright and spacious and has a good level of circulation. A full table service is in operation.
Business Facilities
There are seven meeting rooms, four of which can be opened out to provide one large room accommodating up to 200 delegates in a theatre style format. The meeting rooms are located on the first floor and can be accessed via the lifts or stairs from the lobby. All rooms on the first four are on level access. Broadband and Wifi access is available throughout.

The hotel has a good complement of staff who are on hand to offer assistance. 24 hour assistance is available via the concierge. There are a number of languages spoken at the hotel although it is advisable to check in advance should a particular language be required.
