Accommodation
The hotel offers six accessible rooms all of which have connecting rooms and are located on the ground floor. All rooms have accessible ensuite bathrooms with showers.
Car Parking/Drop Off
There is a small car park located at the rear of the hotel next to the main entrance. There are three accessible spaces within the car park that are directly opposite the entrance.
Public Transport
There are two bus stops located within a close proximity of the hotel on Old South Lambeth Road. The route to the hotel from these bus stops is accessible.
Access into Hotel
The hotel is located on South Lambeth Road. The entrance can be found to the rear of the building and is accessed via Old South Lambeth Road. There are steps and a ramp leading up to the entrance doors which slide open automatically on approach.
Circulation
The general circulation around the hotel is good. The bar is located close to the reception area and there is adequate space along the corridors. The doors are generally easy to open and handles are within reach for all uses.
Reception
The reception desk can be found immediately in front of you as you enter the hotel. The counter has one level only and the surrounding area is well lit. There is an induction loop present which is well signed. There are also drinks, snacks and gifts available from the reception desk.
Bars
There is a coffee lounge bar that also serves breakfast. It is located close to the reception area. There are double entrance doors that open in and the route from reception is level. The area is quite small however there is adequate seating and lighting.
Restaurants
At the time of assessment the restaurant was under refurbishment.
Business Facilities
There is a PC, seating and a desk available just as you enter the hotel in the lobby area. There are also additional PCs located in the Coffee lounge Bar.
Staff: Languages spoken
The staff are always an hand to assist guests in anyway possible in a friendly and polite manner. There are a number of languages spoken but it would be best to call in advance if a particular language is required .
