Accommodation
The hotel offers two fully adapted and four semi adapted rooms. All have connecting rooms. The two that are fully adapted have an accessible shower and toilet with the other four having a low entry bath.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The hotel has an underground car park which has two accessible spaces located next to the lift access point. The route to the reception desk is accessible and involves using a ramp once out of the lift on the ground floor. There is also a drop off point outside the entrance with a dropped kerb providing access to the level pavement outside the entrance doors.
Public Transport
The hotel has a number of bus stops located close by and along the main road. The route to the hotel from these is also accessible.
Access into Hotel
The hotel is located on Cricklewood Broadway which has level pavements. The entrance area is level as and there is a revolving door at the centre and a pass door on either side that is wide enough for all users.
Circulation
The general circulation around the hotel is very good, corridor widths are adequate and doors are suitable for all users.
Reception
The reception desk is located just inside the entrance door and has a low level counter to the right hand side. There are a number of seating opportunities available and the lighting is adequate. A portable induction loop can be installed upon request prior to arrival.
Bars
The Crown Bar and Lounge are located just opposite the reception desk. The Lounge is a quiet area and there is level access from the reception desk to the entrance. There is mixed seating including low couches and upright chairs. The Crown Bar is located just past the lounge area. There are entrances from the outside with a single step however level access can be gained via the lounge area. Again there is a variety or seating and the lighting in both areas is adequate.
The Bentley and the Sala room are areas that can be booked out upon request. Both have bars and a selection of table and chairs available. The Sala room is on the mezzanine level and access is gained via the lifts. The Bentley room is situated on the lower floor and again can be accessed via the lift.
Restaurants
The King Sitric Bar and Grill is on the ground floor and can be reached via steps or a ramp from the reception desk. Table service is provided and there are different styles of seating available. The restaurant also has an external entrance from the street which also has level access.
Health Club
The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and a jacuzzi all on the lower level and accessed via the lifts. The pool can be accessed via the changing rooms, of which one is accessible with a toilet and shower. The jacuzzi has steps leading to it however the sauna has level access. The hotel also has a gym that can only be accessed via steps.
Business Facilities
There are three meeting rooms within the hotel. The Brent and Camden rooms are situated at the rear of the reception area and there is level access to both. The Barnet room is not directly accessible however there is an accessible route available with staff assistance.
Staff: Languages spoken
Staff are friendly helpful and always an hand to offer assistance. There are a number of different languages spoken and it is advised to call in advance to check for availability of a specific language required.
