Accommodation
There are eight accessible bedrooms all located close to the main lifts. There is a ceiling track hoist available in one of the accessible guest rooms, if you would like this room please request it at the time of booking.
Arrival
The hotel is situated just off Junction 4 of the M4. There is a public bus service which stops close to the rear entrance. There is a large car park which is accessed by way of a secure barrier control. The car park is situated on all elevations with accessible spaces located immediately outside of the two principle entrances.
Entrance
Both principle entrances offer step free access. The front entrance is on level access and the rear entrance is via ramped access.
Circulation
There is a good level of circulation throughout the hotel with all areas on level access. The main public areas are bright and spacious with wide access routes and turning spaces. All flooring is slip resistant which consists of carpet, wooden and tile surfaces. There is a good range of location and directional signage which is supported by both text and pictorial representation. There are three accessible lifts which provide access to all floors.
Services and Facilities
The majority of the services and facilities are on the ground floor and are located a short distance from reception. The ground floor consists of Orwell’s Brasserie and Bar, Dr O’Driscolls Irish Pub, Hotel Novelty Shop, Health Club and Conferencing/Meeting rooms.
There is a Crowne Plaza Club Lounge situated close to the lift lobby on the fourth floor. The Club Lounge offers complimentary WiFi, drinks & hors d'oeuvres.
There are fixed induction loop systems at reception and within the largest of the conference rooms. Portable induction loops and a range of communication services for all other areas can be booked in advance through the Business Centre. Both high speed internet and WiFi are available.
The Hotel Health Club has a large indoor pool with a handrail and graduated stepped access. Additional services include a gymnasium, sauna, steamroom, sunbed, whirlpool and treatment rooms. There is an accessible toilet and shower close to the pool and the main changing rooms are on level access with secure lockers at an accessible height.

Emergency Evacuation
The hotel has a full compliment of trained staff to respond to emergencies, in particular emergency evacuation. There are dedicated Fire Marshall’s responsible for assisted evacuation using evacuation chairs located on each storey exit.
