Accommodation
The hotel offers two accessible rooms located close to the reception desk on the ground floor. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms with an accessible toilet and shower.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The hotel has three small car parks. The two car parks at the back have four parking spaces each and the hotel entrance is a short distance away. The main car park at the front of the hotel has two accessible spaces that are located near to the entrance doors. There is a covered drop off point directly outside of the entrance where there is a dropped kerb.
Public Transport
Lambeth North tube station is located close to the hotel, the station itself is not accessible but the route to the hotel is. There are a number of bus stops nearby as the hotel is located opposite the Imperial War Museum.
Access into Hotel
The hotel is located on Kennington Road and there is level access leading up to the entrance. The entrance area provides weather protection and there is a shallow slope leading up to the double doors that open outwards.
Circulation
The general circulation around the hotel is very good. There is level access to all facilities and the corridor widths are adequate. Doors are wide enough for all users and there are lifts to gain access to the upper floors.
Reception
The reception desk is located just inside the entrance doors and is well signed. A low level counter is provided and there is a portable induction loop available. The desk and the surrounding area is well lit and there are a number of seating opportunities. There is also a customer care kit which contains easy grip pens and magnifying aids.
Bars
The bar is located adjacent to the reception desk. There is an open plan entrance and level access. There are a number of seats and the lighting is adequate. Table service can also be provided if required.
Restaurants
The restaurant is located just past the bar and the reception desk, again there is an open plan entrance and level access leading to it. The restaurant offers table service and there is also a self-service buffet counter. There is a small seating area and the lighting is adequate.
Business Facilities
There is a PC that provides internet access which is located in a quiet area near to the reception desk.
