The store is served by passenger lifts providing access to all of the principal selling floors. Currently, however, the Regis hairdressing salon and SPA concession is located on a mezzanine served only by a staircase. Work to provide a vertical access platform is due for completion by the end of September.

Consideration is being given to ensure that all of our premises are accessible to you. This is being addressed through physical modifications and by embedding our policy into working practices to create long-term sustainability. To help you in store, we have increased awareness for our in-store teams through disability awareness training. Modifications are underway within our premises, notably to overcome areas currently only accessible via steps. If you find that a property does not currently meet your requirements please be assured that we are working to rectify these issues and all improvements will be communicated to you via Direct Enquiries. Our main areas of focus are:
- improving accessibility to those stores currently not provided with either automatic doors or an open mall entrance.
- overcoming the few remaining areas of our stores where there are mezzanine floors (Autumn 06)
