Accommodation
There are four accessible bedrooms (201, 203, 289 and 301). The rooms are located on the first and second floors close to the lift. The bedroom sleeps three people with a single bunk being located across the double bed. All of the rooms are fitted with an ensuite with an accessible shower.
Car Parking/Drop Off
There is a good size car park at the hotel with four accessible spaces adjacent to the entrance. The drop off point is immediately outside the entrance. There is level access from the accessible spaces and the drop off point to the entrance.
Public Transport
There are two bus stops on North Woolwich Road which are approximately 350 metres from the hotel. The route from both stops is accessible but care should be taken as the area is quite isolated and the block paving on the pavement is uneven in certain areas.
Access into Hotel
Access to the hotel is via the car park using the vehicle access route. The entrance is on level across from the car park. The entrance doors are generally held open during peck business hours. Outside there is a member of staff on duty to assist with entering the hotel. The entrance leads directly into a small reception lobby.
Circulation
The hotel offers budget accommodation therefore the facilities are limited and the common areas are compact. There is a self service breakfast area. This is small and gets busy during peak times which in turns limits circulation. General access to the accommodation is good and there is a lift for level access to upper floors.
Reception
There is a small reception with a high and low counter. A chip and pin machine is available and staff assistance is available at all times. The reception is a bright area and there is seating nearby.
Bars
A limited range of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available from a self service cold counter. Items are paid for at reception. Customers can use the nearby seating area located next to reception.
Restaurants
There is a limited breakfast buffet available which is on a self service basis. Some of the items may be out of reach and require staff assistance. The buffet area can be found next to reception where there is a small number of tables and chairs.
