Accommodation
The hotel offers four accessible rooms. There are two located on the ground floor, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. All rooms have an accessible ensuite bathroom with a toilet and shower.

The hotel has its own car park that has a total of four accessible spaces. The parking itself is mainly at the front of the hotel however there is more additional parking at the rear. There is sufficient space directly outside of the hotel entrance to drop off. The route to the hotel involves using the vehicle access route which is mainly level.
Public Transport
The nearest bus stop is located on London Road next to Tesco supermarket . The route to the hotel from here is accessible, however it involves using the North Circular Road which is very busy and the vehicle access road leading into Tesco Supermarket does not have a safe crossing point so extreme care should be taken.
Access into Hotel
The hotel is located on the North Circular Road which provides level access. The entrance gates lead into the car park so it is necessary to proceed through the car park using the vehicle access road. There are double outward opening doors at the entrance and the threshold is level with the pavement directly outside the entrance.
Circulation
The general circulation around the hotel is good. The corridors are adequately wide and doors are suitable for a wide range of uses. There is a passenger lift and steps leading to all floors.
Reception
The reception counter is located just inside the entrance doors. It has one level that is quite high at the front however to the side there is another area that could be used if necessary. There is seating available next to the reception desk in the breakfast bar. The reception desk and surrounding area is also well lit.
Bars
There is a quiet breakfast bar that is located next to the reception desk. There is a range of drinks and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast bar is open plan and there is a self service counter at an accessible height. There is stool style seating available and the lighting is also adequate.

Staff are always on hand to offer assistance to guests in any way possible. There are a number of languages spoken including: French, English, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Lithuanian, German, Creole and Arabic.
