The approach to the hotel is via Great Eastern Street and the main entrance is level. For the rear entrance the approach also has level access. There are two double doors for each entrance into the hotel which open outwards. These are wide enough to suit all users.

The general circulation of the hotel is very good. There are lots of wide open areas and large spaces between tables and chairs to allow wheelchair users to pass through. There is a wide range of seating to suit all guests. All the doors have vision panels and the lighting is suitable for intended use.

The reception area is clear and has wide open spaces. The seating available in reception will suit all types guests. The reception desk itself has two heights to it, one will suit a wheelchair or seated person. The lighting is suitable for intended use and there is no concierge in the hotel.
