Fire Evacuation, for disabled customers in the event of a fire:
We have a virating pillow to alert a deaf person that the fire alarm is sounding. There are refuge points on all floors with a plan on the back of each acessible room door with the location of the refuge point. A staff member would go to the refuge point.
