The hotel has seven accessible rooms three of these have interconnecting rooms. In one of these rooms has a hoist facility but all of these rooms have accessible showers. The rooms are spread over four floors, two on the first, two on the second, two on the third and one on the fourth, all of these room are within a short distance of the lifts.

The car park and drop off are located by the main entrance. The car park has four accessible parking bays that all offer rear and side loading. Their is also a pathway in the car park that leads to a ramp which leads to the main entrance doors. The drop off point is located outside of the main entrance doors their are steps or a ramp which lead down to the main entrance.

Public Transport

There is one bus stop which is a short distance from the hotel. The route from this bus stop is level access. Although there are a few roads to cross they all have drop kerbs and tactile paving.

The access into the hotel is just off of the high street. There is a ramp or steps that lead down to the main entrance doors. The entrance doors are both automatic double sliding doors with level access into the reception area.

Circulation

The general circulation at the hotel is good all areas we suitable for a wheelchair user. All internal doors have vision panels and the lighting is good defining principle routes.

Reception

The reception counter is accessible to both seated and standing guests. In the reception area there is a wide range of seating that is suitable for all types of users. The reception does have an induction loop but there is no signage to highlight this.

The hotel has a bar and restaurant area which is a quiet area. There are no entrance doors to the bar and restaurant as it is open plan. The restaurant offers a breakfast buffet only. There is a wide range of seating to suit everybody.
