The hotel has two entrances that lead to the main reception, the first is on the main high street. The doors are double, opening inwards with plenty of room to allow a wheelchair to pass through. The second entrance is in the car park, this entrance has double, sliding automatic doors that are suitable for wheelchair users. This entrance is off of Carpenter Road.

Circulation

The general circulation at the hotel is good and offers a range of open areas and seating at different heights. The corridor widths are adequate and the lighting is suitable for the intended use.

Reception

The reception counter is available at two heights, one being lower to allow a wheelchair user to make payments. There is also a wide range of seating available in the reception area to suit a wide range of guest. The reception counter has an induction loop and there is also good signage to highlight this.

The bar/restaurant is a quiet area which is open plan throughout. It offers a buffet service breakfast only but has plenty of seating at a range of different heights.
