Accommodation
The hotel offers five accessible rooms, two of which are interconnecting. Of these five rooms, one is situated on the ground floor, two on the first and two on the second floor. All of these rooms have accessible showers only. None of the five rooms has a hoist facility.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The car park at the hotel has 3 accessible parking bays which are located next to a ramp. The access to the ramp is not ideal as it is only accessible from bay 3. If a car was to park here, there wouldn't be enough room for a wheelchair user to access the ramp.
Public Transport
There are two types of public transport near to the hotel. Colliers Wood tube Station is a short distance from the hotel. This tube station is on the Northern line. There are also three bus stops, two of these are located on the High Street and one on Christchurch Street. These are all a short distance from the hotel.
Access into Hotel
The approach to the hotel is via the High Street which is on level pavement. You can get to the main entrance via a ramp or steps. The entrance door of the hotel is a double automatic, sliding door. Once through this door there is another double door. This door opens inwards and both doors are suitable for a wheelchair user.
Circulation
The general circulation of the hotel is good. There are plenty of open spaces and adequate space between tables and chairs. The corridors are well lit with enough room for a wheelchair to turn 180 degrees.
Reception
The reception desk is at two heights, one of which is suitable for wheelchair users. The seating within the reception is suitable for a wide range of users. The reception area is well lit defining principle routes. The reception has an induction loop but no signage to highlight the fact that it has.
Bars
The bar and restaurant are located in the same area. The area is quiet and offers a buffet service. The route from the reception is on a level access. There is no entrance as such to this area as it is open plan. Seating in the bar and restaurant is suitable for a wide range of users.

The staff at the hotel are polite and helpful. They will assist the customer by reading menu's and with payment at their reception. The staff speak a number of languages including German, Lithuanian, Polish, Arabic, Albanian and Romanian.
