Buses stop directly outside the Hotel on Victoria Road. North Acton London Underground Station is around 300 metres walk away from the Hotel serving the central line.

Car Parking/Drop Off

There is a guest Car Park at the rear of the Hotel which can be accessed from Victoria Road. An intercom at the Entrance allows communication with Reception staff who operate the security barrier. There are seven designated accessible parking spaces directly to the back wall of the Hotel.

There is a designated Drop Off point directly outside the Hotel Entrance which provides level access into the Reception Lobby.

Access into Entrance

There is level access into the Hotel from the service road at the front of the Hotel. The Entrance doors are automatic, sliding, double doors.

Reception

The Reception Desk is on the ground floor located directly ahead at the Hotel Entrance. Seating is available in the adjacent lounge. A portable induction loop is available at Reception and can be used throughout the building if required. The lower section of Reception Desk is at a height of 0.88m. This section of desk area doubles as the priority check-in for priority club members.

Bar/Restaurant

The Hotel offers a Lounge Bar which is located on the ground floor in the Reception Lobby area. A dining area is available which provides a buffet breakfast and table service evening meal, this is located adjacent to the Reception. Evening meals are ordered at the bar. Staff are on hand to provide assistance at the breakfast buffet if required.

Access to All Areas

Two passenger lifts are provided for access to all floors. The lifts are positioned next to each other and are accessed from the Reception Lobby on the ground floor. The lift to the left is a through and through type which may be more suitable for wheelchair users. Stairs can also be used to gain access to all floors of the Hotel. The main corridors leading to bedroom accommodation have adequate widths and turning space.

Accommodation

The Hotel has a total of 104 guest rooms on 4 floors. All bedrooms can be accessed by lift. Double, twin, family rooms and accessible bedrooms are all available. All rooms have En suite bathroom facilities. The En suite bathrooms in all rooms have shower cubicles, there are no baths.

The Hotel provides six identical accessible bedrooms. The bedrooms are on all floors but are generally closest to the lift lobbies. Lounge areas in accessible rooms have televisions with teletext and wheelchair accessible desks.

The accessible rooms have interconnecting facilities for carers.

Accessible rooms have En suite toilet and shower facilities on level access. There are no baths in accessible accommodation. Walk in showers have tip up seats and the grab rails are positioned in the shower enclosure and beside the toilet.

Business Facilities

A Business Desk is available adjacent to the Reception on the ground floor providing computers with internet access at a nominal fee. Documents can be photocopied, faxed and printed at Reception.

A large meeting room is available. The room can be partitioned off to provide smaller accommodation or adjoining syndicate rooms. Seating plans and room layout can be arranged as required. Standard business facilities such as flip charts stationery and projection equipment is available on request. Please discuss individual requirements with the Hotel when booking.
