The Drop Off point is directly outside the Main Entrance to the Hotel. Valet parking is available to a public Car Park located beneath the Hotel.
Access into Entrance
At the Main Entrance to the Hotel there are double manual opening doors, some customers may need assistance on entering. Staff from the Hotel will be pleased to assist visitors.

The Reception Desk is located in the Reception Lobby on the ground floor. There is an induction loop available. The Concierge offer 24 hour multilingual assistance.

The Bar is located on the ground floor in the lobby. It is open daily for drinks, light snacks and afternoon tea. Bar Quadrato features Italian specialities in a contemporary setting.

Access to All Areas
The lifts are located in the Reception Lobby offering access to all floors. There are also stairs located in the Reception Lobby offering alternative access.

The Business Centre is located on the First Floor Mezzanine Level and is available 24/7.
