The Hotel has the facility to park disabled guests cars next to the Drop Off area on the secure forecourt. There is also a local car park 2 minutes away from the Hotel.
Access into Entrance
There are 3 steps leading up to the Main Hotel Entrance. The Main Entrance has double automatic sliding doors that lead into the Reception Lobby. The Accessible Entrance is located next to the Drop Off area. This Entrance is level access with automatic doors which leads directly into the Reception Lobby.
The Entrance to the Conferencing Suite and Health Club is located adjacent to the Accessible Entrance by the Drop Off area. Inside the Entrance there are 6 steps leading up to the passenger lifts. The lifts offer access to all Upper and Lower Floors.
Reception
The Reception Desk is located on the Ground Floor of the Hotel and is available 24/7. The Reception Desk has a lowered section, an induction loop facility and a chip and pin machine. Staff members can speak alternative languages such as French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Hungarian Polish, Russian, Indian Dialects, Arabic and Afrikaans.

The External Entrance to Isis Bar & Lounge is located to the left of the Main Entrance on Coopers Row. Isis Bar & Lounge is located on the Ground Floor Level and is open daily for residents and the public. The Bar is open 24 hours for Hotel residents only. There are 4 steps leading down to Isis Bar and Lounge from inside the Main Hotel and 20 steps leading down to the toilets beneath the Isis Bar & Lounge.
The Lutetia Bar and Brasserie is located on the Ground Floor and offers a wide range of cuisine for Lunch and Dinner service. Overlooking the piazza and the historic Roman wall providing a beautiful and tranquil backdrop to enjoy your food and drink. Opening Times: Mon - Fri:11:00am - 10:30pm.

The Hotel offers 17 Accessible Bedrooms with En suite bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and have good levels of visual contrast. There are 307 rooms in total at the Grange City Hotel and all are beautifully appointed and provide all the amenities today's international travellers could wish for, whilst the exclusive City Club service satisfies the most discerning of tastes. All rooms are superbly equipped and feature individually controlled air conditioning, 2 line telephones, high speed internet access, work space, computer modem points, digital satellite television and luxurious marble and granite bathrooms. Access To All Areas
The Passenger Lifts (east) are located off the Reception Lobby and offer access from the Lower Ground Floor to the 7th Floor. The Passenger Lifts (west) are located on the Ground Floor and offer access from the Lower Ground Floor to the 12th Floor.
The stairs to all Upper Floors are located near the Passenger Lifts (west) and the Entrance to the Conferencing Suite and Health Club. The Platform Lift is located within the Reception Lobby and offers access to all other facilities within the Hotel. The Platform Lift is of sufficient dimensions for a wheelchair user and companion. There are also 6 steps in the Reception Lobby leading towards the Hotel Restaurants and alternative lifts, the steps have a luggage ramp to the left.

There are 7 steps leading away from the Health Club Reception accessing the Studio Fitness Room and Hypoxi training area. The Therapy Room is located off the Health Club Reception Lobby and is used for massages, facials and Holistic Treatments.
