Public Transport
The Embankment London Underground Station is situated within 350 metres of the Hotel, In addition buses run frequently along Northumberland Avenue and Whitehall.
Car Parking/Drop Off
There is a drop off area directly outside the Entrance to the Hotel. The Hotel Concierge staff will, by prior arrangement, take guests cars to the local NCP Car Park which is approximately 500 metres away.
Access into Entrance
The Hotel Entrance is on level access and through a set of double doors, the Entrance then leads directly into the Reception Lobby. There are staff present at the Entrance to offer assistance if needed.
Reception
The Reception Desk is located on the left hand side as you enter the Main Entrance. There is an Induction Loop and Chip and Pin Machine available. Staff can also communicate in the following languages Russian, Latvian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Algerian French Hungarian, Polish, Filipino, Ghanaians, Nigerian and Ugandan.

The Hotel offers 3 Accessible En suite Bedroom, all with a shower/bathroom facility. The Hotel has a total of 281 luxurious guest bedrooms, many with magnificent views over The Thames. The Passenger Lifts offer access to all Upper Floors, there are also stairs located within the Lobby area that also offer access to all Upper Floors.
