Public Transport
Buses run frequently along Tower Bridge Approach and Mansell Street in both directions close to the Hotel.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The Car Park is located underneath the Hotel. There is no step free access from the Car Park to the Hotel Reception. Concierge offer a valet parking service upon request. There is also a drop off point located directly outside the Hotel Entrance.
Access into Entrance
There are 2 steps leading up to the Main Entrance of the Hotel which can be avoided by using the shallow incline access point. The Main Entrance doors are automatic sliding doors which lead directly into the Reception Lobby. There are also 2 steps leading to the Alternative Entrance of the Hotel again this entrance door is a double automatic sliding door, which leads straight into the Reception Lobby.
Reception
The Hotel Reception is open 24/7 and is based within the Reception Lobby, there is an Induction Loop and chip and pin machine available. Staff can communicate in the following languages French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Slovakian, Russian, Bulgarian, Polish, Czech, Asian dialects, Indian Dialects and Arabic.

The Cafe Bar is located within the Reception Lobby and is open daily serving hot/cold drinks and snacks.

The Carvery Restaurant is located on the Upper Foyer level and is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service. There are 3 steps in the Carvery Restaurant leading up to the raised seating areas.

There are 10 accessible bedrooms available within the Guoman Tower Hotel, they are located near to the Passenger Lifts and provide good circulation and accessible shower rooms. Access To All Areas
The Passenger Lifts are located in the Reception Lobby and offer access to all the Upper Floors. There are also stairs located off the Reception Lobby which can be used as an alternative to accessing the Upper Floors and there are separate stairs leading down to car park level.
