The door handles are easy to grip and operate.
The handles are within reach of all users.
Some customers may find the door pressures too heavy. The hotel is aware of this and is reviewing the pressures. Should you require assistance please speak to a member of staff.

General Area
The clear widths are adequate.
There is adequate lighting.

The floor surface is suitable for the passage of wheelchair users.
The junctions between floor surfaces are correctly detailed and free from height variation.
