The main entrance has a large revolving door at the centre with a single door to the left that has a button at an accessible height to open the door. There is also a side entrance that has two sets of double doors that open outwards.

The general circulation around the hotel is very good. There is lift access to all floors and the corridor widths are adequate.

The reception desk is located just inside the entrance doors. The counter has two heights and there is an induction loop fitted which is well signed. The concierge desk is located next to reception and has one height. The surrounding area is well lit and seating is provided.
