To enter the Hotel there are double automatic sliding doors operated via a PIR movement detector. There is level access to the Entrance and the entrance doors have markings on them for visually impaired guests.

Reception

The Reception Desk is manned 24/7 and is at an appropriate height for a wheelchair user. There is an induction loop and chip and pin machine available. Seating is available within the Reception area. Staff can also communicate in the following languages German, French, Italian, Arabic, Indian dialects, Polish and Hungarian.

Bar & Restaurant

The Hotel Bar is located on the Lower Ground Floor of the Hotel; you can unwind with a single malt by the fireplace at the Hilton London Hyde Park hotel’s Library Lounge bar. This elegant, traditional-style London Hyde Park bar features a stained glass skylight and is ideal for informal business meetings and relaxed evenings. Light bar snacks also served. Accommodation

The Hotel offers 2 Accessible Bedrooms which are located near to the Passenger Lifts, the Accessible rooms offer roll in shower facilities, grab rails within the bathroom and assistance alarms along with good circulation space. Unfortunately there are no interconnecting rooms available at the Hilton London Hyde Park hotel. If you require two rooms near each other, please request at the time of booking. Check in is from 3:00PM & Check out before 12:00PM.

Access To All Areas

The Passenger Lift is located in the Reception Lobby and offers access to all the Upper and Lower Floors. There is also a lift which is located on the Lower Ground Floor which enables access to all Floors except the 6th Floor. There are stairs located in the Reception Lobby that also offer access to all the Upper Floors and also separate stairs that lead to the Bar & Restaurant. The stairs located on the Lower Ground Floor offer access to the Basement.

The Conference Suite is located on the 1st Floor of the Hotel; seating plans can be pre ordered at customer’s request.
