Public Transport
The Hotel is situated on Praed Street which offers excellent transport links to the Bus, Tube and Rail network at Paddington.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The Hotel benefits from a private service road to the front providing a Drop Off area and a Taxi Rank directly outside the Main Entrance.
Access into Entrance
There are four steps up to the Main Hotel Entrance however, alternative level access is provided by entering the building via the adjacent Casino Entrance which is 10 metres to the left. There is a central revolving door at the Main Entrance flanked by pass doors to either side. The Casino Entrance is a single, inward opening door.
There is a direct Entrance into the Hotel from Paddington Station Concourse. The Entrance is accessed by lift from the Ground Floor Concourse Level. This Entrance would be the most suitable entry point for independent accessible access.
Reception
The Reception Desk is located on the Ground Floor just inside the Main Entrance. Staff at the Hotel are multi lingual. Languages spoken include most European and some Asian Languages. There is an induction loop at the Main Hotel Reception Counter. The Concierge Service is located in the Reception Lobby providing assistance with baggage and travel arrangements.
Bars
The Hotel Steam Bar is located on the Ground Floor of the Hotel off of the Reception Lobby. Modern and airy, this relaxed London Paddington Bar attracts a chic crowd. The sleek chrome decor and long wooden Bar at the Hilton London Paddington Hotel create a contemporary feel.
Restaurants
Sample continental cuisine at the Brasserie Restaurant which is located on the Ground Floor. The Restaurant offers both buffet and a la carte dining with table service. The Brasserie brings you a sumptuous menu serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for up to 160 guests.
Accommodation
The Hotel has a range of 4 star accommodation from standard to executive deluxe suites. Rooms are available in double, twin and single format. The Hotel has 18 bedrooms which have been partially adapted for accessible use. Some of the rooms have interconnecting rooms.
All accessible bedrooms have En suite facilities. Five rooms have roll in showers whilst others have standard baths. Transfer aids including inflatable bathing chairs can be made available on request.
Access To All Areas
The Passenger Lifts are located in the Reception Lobby. The lifts offer access to all floors in the Hotel. Stairs can be used as on alternative to the lifts, the stairs also offer access to all floors.
Platform Lifts are available throughout the Hotel making areas on split levels accessible. There is a platform lift provided to allow Hotel visitors direct access into the Hotel Reception area. The lift is located inside the Casino Entrance which operates from the Hotel site on Praed Street.
Business Facilities
The Hotel has an extensive range of Function Rooms located on both the 1st Floor and Ground Floor of the building. The Business Centre provides access to computer equipment and all associated office services.
Function Rooms are available in a number of sizes ranging from smaller syndicate rooms and extending to large conferencing facilities. Room layouts and seating plans can be tailored to meet individual requirements. There is a private Executive Lounge available for guests in Executive Level Accommodation.
Facilities
The Accessible Toilet is located on the Ground Floor of the Hotel adjacent to the Reception Lobby and Restaurant.
Health Club
There is a Gym located on the 1st Floor. The Gym is on a split level with a platform lift providing access to all areas. Tone up with weights equipment, run on one of the treadmills or get a complete workout on the rowing machines.
