Accommodation
The hotel has seven accessible rooms which are all on the first floor and in close proximity to the lifts. Three of these rooms have connecting rooms and all have ensuite bathrooms, with three of them having baths and the rest have accessible showers.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The car park is a large car park offering 10 accessible spaces which are located next to the main entrance. The route to the main entrance has steps up to the entrance doors, there is also a level pathway at the side of the main entrance to the doors.

The entrance doors are double, automatic doors that open on approach. The entrance area is undercover.
Circulation
The general circulation of the hotel is very good. The hotel has only been open since July 2006, so every aspect has been taken into consideration.
Reception
The reception area is light with plenty of room to move around. There is a concierge desk which is located opposite the main reception desk. There is also plenty of seating available in the reception area to suit a wide range of guests.
Bars
The Marula Bar is a bar that offers table service. The entrance to the bar is open plan, all routes to the bar are on level access. There is also a range of seating available and the lighting in the bar is good, lighting the walkways and the bar area.
Restaurants
The Langata Restaurant is a quiet restaurant that offers a buffet service. The entrance to the restaurant is on level access, and the restaurant is open plan.
Health Club
The health club at the hotel offers a swimming pool and changing rooms for male and female. In each changing room is an accessible changing facility complete with shower and toilet. All access routes to the health club are on level access.
Business Facilities
The hotel has a business centre which is located on the ground floor opposite the main reception desk. The business centre has a number of board rooms which are all located down a corridor. There is also an accessible toilet as well as men's and women's toilets.
Staff: Languages spoken
Staff will help by assisting customers with payments or with the restaurant buffet service, they will also assist customers to their rooms. Staff members can speak a number of languages, these consist of Arabic, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Hungarian, Polish, Slovak and Spanish.
