Accommodation
There are four accessible bedrooms (109,111,115 and 116) which are all located on the first floor close to the lifts. Rooms 115 and 116 have interconnecting rooms. All of the bedrooms have accessible ensuites with a bath.
Car Parking/Drop Off
There is a large car park at the hotel which extends to all four elevations. There are five accessible spaces located next to the hotel entrance. There is a short designated pedestrian route from the spaces to the entrance.
Public Transport
There are no accessible transport points near to the hotel. The hotel operates a free 24/7 transfer service to the nearest tube station which is Brent Cross, times are from 8am to 11pm.
Access into Hotel
The pavements on the perimeter of the hotel are narrow and not suitable for general passage. The main entrance consists of a revolving door and a secure pass door which can only be opened from the inside. Upon arrival guests wishing to use the pass door can alert a member of hotel staff by pressing an intercom which is located to the side of the door. The door will be opened by a member of staff who will also offer assistance.
Circulation
There is step free access to all areas within the hotel and all floors can be accessed by lift. There is good lighting and a good level of visual contrast throughout. All areas are identified by signage. Supplementary directional signage is positioned in strategic locations throughout. The majority of the main public areas are open plan. Where there are doors these are held open on magnetic openers.
Reception
The reception is located just inside the main entrance. Whilst the main reception counter is not of an accessible height there is a lower counter at the side of reception. The reception counter has an induction loop and also a portable chip and pin machine for card payments. The reception areas is light and spacious and there is a small number of seats located nearby.
Bars
The Junction Bar is located close to reception and is located in the same place as the Junction restaurant. The bar is open plan and there is step free access throughout. The bar operates a full table service and has a food menu which offers a range of sandwiches and light meals. The bar has low level tables and seating. Alternative tables and chairs can be used upon request. There is a good level of circulation and all areas are well lit.
Restaurants
The Junction Restaurant is located close to reception and is located to the rear of Junction Bar. Like the bar this is open plan and on level access. The restaurant has an accessible self service counter at breakfast although there is also a full table service offered at all times. There is a range of tables and chairs to suit all users, this includes the availability of highchairs. The restaurant is spacious and well lit.

There is no health club or gym at this particular Hotel.

The hotel has 2 meeting rooms on the ground floor and 5 located on the first floor accessible via the lifts. There are male and female toilets on the first floor. The nearest accessible toilet is located on the ground floor. Induction loops are available in all rooms.

The hotel has a good compliment of staff with a sound awareness of the facilities offered. Staff assistance is available throughout the hotel and there is a range of languages spoken including: Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Polish, Punjabi, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, and Turkish.
