Accommodation
The hotel offers four accessible bedrooms which are all located on the first floor and a short distance from the lifts. All of the rooms have ensuites with a bath and detachable shower located above the bath.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The is a good size car park which surrounds the hotel on all sides. A total of nine accessible spaces are available and conveniently located opposite the hotel entrance. There is sufficient space for side and rear loading and there is designated pedestrian route which leads from the accessible spaces to the entrance.
Public Transport
Being near to Heathrow airport there is a regular bus service which stops near to the hotel on both sides of the A4 which is at the front of the hotel. The bus service which stops on the opposite side of the A4 necessitates a route which encounters two crossing points. The route from both bus stops to the hotel is on level access.
Access into Hotel
The hotel approach is from the A4 Bath Road. There is level access to the hotel however this does require a route via the vehicular entrance which passes to the left of the car park barrier. The entrance is visible from the approach and has two sets of automatic doors leading into the reception lobby.
Circulation
There is step free access to all areas within the hotel and all floors can be accessed by lift. There is good lighting and a good level of visual contrast throughout. All areas are identified by directional or facility signage. The majority of the main public areas are open plan and all areas are accessed from the reception lobby.
Reception
The reception is located just inside the main entrance. The reception counter has separate areas to suit both standing and seated customers. The reception counter has an induction loop and also a portable chip and pin machine for card payments. The reception area is light and spacious and there is a range of seating available.
Bars
The Junction Bar is opposite reception and is on level access from the reception lobby. The entrance is open plan and this theme continues throughout the bar and adjoining restaurant. The bar has a good size seating area and offers a full table service for drinks and food from the bar menu. The bar is well lit and affords a good level of circulation.
Restaurants
The function restaurant is also located near to reception and can be accessed from the reception lobby via a level open plan entrance. There restaurant can also be accessed from the bar via two steps. The restaurant offers a full table service and assisted self service at breakfast and lunch when the self service counter is in use. The restaurant is bright and spacious and has a high chair available.
Business Facilities
The Academy Conference and Training Suites offers seven rooms accommodating delegate sizes of between eight and fifty. Six of the rooms are on the ground floor and one is located on the lower ground floor and is accessed via a spiral staircase. Induction facilities are available and other services and facilities can be booked in advance.

The hotel has a good compliment of staff available to provide assistance. A number of languages that are spoken at the hotel include: Arabic, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Spanish, and Swahili. It is advisable to contact the hotel in advance should a specific language be required.
