Accommodation
The hotel has nine accessible rooms all of which are located on various floors. All of the rooms are accessible and interconnecting. All accessible rooms have en-suite bathrooms that contain a shower room.

The hotel has a large car park that is divided into different areas, these are A - E, with 'B' being outside the main entrance. The route to the hotel is level. The car park has fourteen accessible parking bays, two of which are located around the back in car park 'D.' There is a rear entrance that serves these accessible bays.

There are two bus stops outside the hotel. Both are within a short distance of the hotel.
Access into Hotel
The main entrance of the hotel has a revolving door. This is supplemented with a single door that is wide enough for a wheelchair user. The entrance area of the hotel is accessible. There is also a rear entrance door which is closed from eleven pm to six am. This is a ramped entrance, the ramp is moderate with a single hand rail. The door is a double door that opens out providing enough room on the leading edge to allow a wheelchair user to open the door.
Circulation
The hotel has a good level of circulation providing wide corridors and plenty of seating. The lighting at the hotel is good defining principles routes. Internal doors at the hotel are suitable for a wheelchair and have vision panels incorporated.
Reception
The reception is a large area with plenty of seating to accommodate guests. The reception counter is light with plenty of room to move around. The reception has two desks one of which is suitable for a wheelchair or seated person. The reception has an induction lop with signage to highlight this.
Bars
The hotel has two bars, the Lounge Bar and Callaghans Bar. Both of these are a short distance from reception. The lounge bar is a quite bar with plenty of seating to suit all types of guests. The lounge bar has no entrance as it is open plan. The route from reception has level access. The lighting in the lounge bar is suitable for the intended use. Callaghans bar is a lively bar that allows customers to watch sports on a big screen. There is plenty of seating available in this bar and is provided at a range of heights. The route to this bar is through the lounge bar and is level access.
Restaurants
The hotel has two restaurants which are located a short distance from the main reception. The first restaurant is Sampans which is a Chinese restaurant. The entrance is via a large single door with plenty of room to allow a wheelchair to pass through. The restaurant has a wide range of seating that is suitable for all types of guests. The lighting is suitable for the intended use. The route to this restaurant is level. This restaurant offers a table service. The second restaurant is the Rotisserie. The entrance is an open plan entrance. The restaurant is a buffet self service restaurant. This has plenty of seating at a range of heights.
Health Club
The hotel has a medium sized gym with running machines etc.The access to the gym is a short distance from the main reception and is on level access.
Business Facilities
The Academy is a large business centre with lots of conference rooms all located within this area. Access to the Academy is level. The entrance to the Academy is through double doors that open out. There is enough room on the leading edge to allow a wheelchair user to open the door easily.

Staff will assist guests by assisting with payment at reception, helping guests with the buffet in the restaurants and in any way they can. Staff at the hotel speak a number of languages including: Afrikaans, Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Korean, Maltese, Portuguese, Punjab, Russian, Spanish and Swahili.
