Accommodation
There are six accessible bedrooms which are on the third and fourth floor located close to the lifts. Room 309 has an interconnecting room. All of the bedrooms have accessible ensuites with baths.
Car Parking/Drop Off
There is an independently operated car park at hotel located in the basement. There is one accessible space which is located close to a lift lobby which provides a step free route to the hotel reception lobby. The drop off point is immediately outside of the front entrance. This area can only be used for drop off purposes thus providing a safe area to unload. There is a short ramp close to the entrance providing step free access to the entrance doors.
Public Transport
The nearest tube station is Great Portland Street which is approximately five minutes walk from the hotel. The nearest bus stop is on Great Portland Street and is approximately a 4 minute walk from the hotel. The most accessible route from both the tube station and bus stop is along Great Portland Street and Carburton Street.
Access into Hotel
The entrance to the hotel is located on Carburton Street. There is a level approach to the front of the hotel via a drop off access road. Access into the hotel is by way of a ramp or two steps. The doors are automatic and is on level access into the main reception lobby.
Circulation
There is a good level of circulation throughout the hotel with all areas being on level access. All areas are well lit and there is a consistently good level of visual contrast.
Reception
The reception is located on the left of the lobby upon entry to the hotel. There is a main counter which is not at an accessible height and a desk located close to reception which is at an accessible height. The reception lobby is bright and spacious and offers a good level of circulation. Seating is available within the hotel lobby. There is a Concierge desk close to reception and is manned at all times. The Concierge and Reception are both close to the lifts. An induction loop facility is available for use at either Reception or the Concierge.
Bars
The Junction bar is located on the first floor and can be accessed by lift or stairs. The bar is open plan and has a large lounge area with a range of tables and seating. The bar is bright and spacious with minimal background music. Bar food is available and there is a full table service in operation.
Restaurants
The Junction Restaurant is open plan and located on the first floor next to the Junction Bar The restaurant is also accessible by both lift or stairs. The restaurant has a self service counter which is of an accessible height and there is also a full table service available. There is a range of tables and chairs to suit all users including the availability of highchairs and booster seats.
Business Facilities
The Academy Conference and Training Centre is located in the ground floor and on level access from the reception lobby. The Centre offers 11 rooms of varying sizes which can be arranged to accommodate a range of delegate numbers up to 350. There is a dedicated reception and there is a good complement of staff available whist meetings are in progress. Both fixed and portable induction facilities are available.

The hotel has a good compliment of staff available to provide assistance.
