At House of Fraser we want all of our customers to experience an enjoyable and pleasurable visit and a welcoming environment when in any of our stores.
With this in mind, we have reviewed all of our stores and made certain changes to the physical design of the stores as well as other improvements for customers with disabilities.
We recognise that we have a very varied portfolio of properties and in certain cases, the removal of all physical barriers may be beyond our control. All of our new stores are accessible. Where full access is not possible, colleagues will be happy to provide personal assistance to you.
We also have hearing loops in place at tills indicated with a hearing loop sign.
We aim to offer excellent customer service on every occasion for every customer and undertake continual training to improve all aspects of this.
