There is level access to the entrance. A central revolving door is flanked on either side by pass doors.

Ramps are provided to bypass steps on the ground floor.

A platform lift provides access into the raised restaurant area.
There are stairs to upper floors for visitors who my prefer to use them.
A bridged walkway gives direct access from the Hotel to the adjacent ICC and Symphony Hall complex.

The main Hotel Reception is on level access to the right on entering the Hotel on the ground floor.
There is a range of seating available in the reception lobby.

There are a range of accessible bedrooms available at the hotel in various formats.
All accessible rooms have en-suite bathroom and toilet facilities.
Walk in showers are available with sturdy shower chairs provided.
Bedrooms are well thought out with accessible desk areas and televisions with teletext function.

The Hotel Bar is situated on the ground floor. The bar has a dedicated accessible toilet.

The Hotel Restaurant is on a raised area of the ground floor accessible via platform lift.

The health club is situated on the Terrace Level and accessible by lift.

A range of Health and Beauty treatments are available.
There are a number of private treatment rooms several of which have en-suite walk in showers.
