Public Transport
There are excellent public transport links close to the Hotel with Marble Arch London Underground Station serving the Central Line only 300 metres away and numerous buses stopping along Oxford Street which are closer still.
Car Parking/Drop Off
A dedicated service road directly outside the Hotel's Main Entrance provides a safe Drop Off area.
The Hotel benefits from a private Car Park accessed at the rear of the building on Berkeley Mews.
The Hotel has provided accessible parking spaces to the side of the building accessed from Upper Berkeley Street.
Access into Entrance
There is a level approach to the Main Hotel Entrance on Portland Square. Entry is via a central manual revolving door or pass doors which open both in and out on both sides.
There is direct entry into the Hotel and its Churchill Bar and Montagu Restaurant from Seymour Street. There is a single step up to the Entrance.
Reception
The Reception Desk is located to the right of Reception Lobby on the Ground Floor. There is also a Duty Managers Desk in the Reception area which provides Reception Services at an accessible height. Located in the Reception area on the Ground Floor the Concierge will assist with baggage, provide valet parking and help with transport and entertainment arrangements.
Accommodation
The Hotel has two adapted bedrooms and their facilities include; an interconnecting room, powered doors, assistance alarms, televisions with teletext, accessible desk area and an accessible wardrobe. All Accessible Bedrooms also have an accessible En suite Bathroom with a walk in shower with appropriate grab rails, a tip up seat and assistance alarms.
Standard Bedrooms, Luxury Bedrooms and Suites are available over 9 floors of the Hotel. Each one with an En suite Bathroom.
Access to all Areas
There are passenger lifts providing access to all floors of the building.
Corridors in general around the Hotel offer good circulation with adequate clear widths. Internal doors are held open by automatic fire closing devices.
Bars
The Main Hotel Bar is the Churchill. The Bar is on the Ground Floor of the Hotel and offers a range of beverages and lighter meals. Table service is provided.
Restaurants
The Locanda Locatelli Restaurant is a Michelin star Italian Restaurant situated on the Ground Floor of the Hotel. The Proprietor prides himself on the Restaurants ability to cater for all, specialist menus are available for diners with allergies prepared in separate sterile kitchens if required. The Restaurateur is experienced in specialist sports diets. The Locatelli welcomes children and family groups. There is level access into the Restaurant from within the Hotel building and a direct stepped Entrance on Seymour Street.
The Montagu Restaurant is located on the Ground Floor of the Hotel. Breakfast is served in a buffet style although staff will assist when needed. Both lunch and dinner are served at the table, a set menu or a la carte dining is available. The menu is largely British based however speciality dishes are also served.
Health Club
The Gym is situated on the Second Floor and access is via a lift. In the Gym there is a range of cardiovascular machines as well as weights.
Business Facilities
The Business Centre provides computer equipment and internet access, the business centre is located in the Reception lobby on the ground floor. There is also a large meeting/function room that can be rearranged to suit the customers individual needs.
Facilities
There is a unisex accessible toilet on the Ground Floor of the Hotel within easy reach of all key facilities. There is also a baby change unit located inside this accessible toilet.
