Accommodation
The Hotel offers seven accessible bedrooms on 3 floors of the building. The accessible rooms are all located directly opposite the lifts and adjacent to the emergency exit stairwells on floors 2, 3 and 4.
There are both double and twin single rooms with ensuite bathroom facilities. Some rooms have a walk in wet room type arrangement others have step in baths with over bath showers. There are a limited number of newly refurbished rooms which have walk in baths with shower facilities. All bathrooms have alarm pull cords and appropriate grab rails.
The rooms are relatively small and circulation is limited although clear widths are adequate. All rooms have a writing desk which is at wheelchair accessible height, colour televisions with teletext and a wall mounted alarm system connected to the Hotel’s reception.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The car park has five accessible bays all of which are located close to the main entrance. There is also additional parking at the rear of the hotel.
Public Transport
There are two bus stops on either side of the A4 and are between 200 and 300 metres from the hotel. The route from both of these is step free and there is also a Hotel Hoppa bus that stops on the A4 outside of the hotel.
Access into Hotel
The hotel is just off of the A4 Bath Road. The entrance has a moderate incline that leads to the main entrance doors. The doors are automatic sliding doors. There is also a rear entrance that has a ramp leading up to the doors. The entrance doors are double doors that open outwards.
Circulation
The hotel has a good level of circulation providing wide corridors and plenty of seating. The lighting at the hotel is good defining principles routes. Internal doors at the hotel are suitable for a wheelchair and have vision panels incorporated.
Reception
The reception is a large area with plenty of seating to accommodate guests. The reception counter is light with plenty of room to move around. The reception has two desks one of which is suitable for a wheelchair or seated person. The reception has an induction loop with signage to highlight this.
Bars
The hotel bar is a quiet area that offers table service. The entrance to the bar is open plan and is a short distance from the reception. There is plenty at seating at various heights to suit all guests.
Restaurants
The hotel has one restaurant which is located a short distance from the main reception. The restaurant is the La Table which offers a buffet self service breakfast and table service for lunch and dinner. The entrance is open plan with room to allow a wheelchair to pass through. The restaurant has a wide range seating that is suitable for all types of guests. The lighting is suitable for the intended use and the route to this restaurant is level.

The hotel has an internet area with two PCs that is located a short distance from reception.
Staff: Languages spoken
Staff will assist guests by assisting with payment at reception, helping guests with the buffet in the restaurants and in any way they can. Staff at the hotel speak a number of languages including Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Maltese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
