Drop Off & Car Park

There is a Drop Off area directly outside the Hotel Entrance. There are accessible parking bays to the left and underground parking is to the right. You must display a ticket and pay on exit for the underground parking.

Access into Entrance

The Main Entrance to the Hotel is located on Cardington Street. There is a slight lip at the threshold of the double automatic sliding doors. The Entrance doors are operated by a PIR movement detector.

Reception

The Reception is manned 24/7, it is at a standard height but there is an accessible lowered section. There is also a chip and pin machine available and an induction loop. Staff speak the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Indian dialects.

Bars

The Hotel Bar is located directly across from the Reception Lobby, adjacent to the Restaurant. The Bar offers hot snacks and a 24 hour bar.
