Access in Summary
Public Transport
The Hotel is situated close to excellent public transport links. The closest London Underground Station is Bond Street which serves the Jubilee and Central line. The Station is around 300 metres from the Hotel. Buses serving several routes stop along Oxford Street to within approximately 200 metres of the Hotel.
Car Parking/Drop Off
There is a Drop Off area directly to the front of the Hotel's Main Entrance on Duke Street. The Hotel can offer a valet car parking service on request if required.
Access into Entrance
There is level access at the Main Entrance via a dropped kerb from the forecourt immediately outside the Hotel. The Main Entrance is located on Duke Street just off Grosvenor Square. Entry into the building is via double doors which open both inwards and outwards. It should be noted that the Hotel frontage will shortly be having major refurbishments.
There is an alternative stepped Entrance into the Maze Restaurant from Grosvenor Square. Guests are advised to approach the Restaurant from within the Main Hotel Building if level access is required.
Reception
The Reception Desk is situated on the Ground Floor within 10 metres of the Main Entrance. There are seating areas provided in the Reception Lobby. A Concierge Service is available in Reception on the Ground Floor, adjacent to the Hotel Entrance. Staff will assist with baggage and travel arrangements.
The Guest Relations Manager's Desk is situated in the Reception Lobby on the Ground Floor and doubles as an accessible height reception facility for those who require it.
Bars
The Hotel Club Lounge is situated on the Lower Ground Floor and can be accessed by lift. The Club Lounge is exclusive to residents and their guests and provides a table service bar and refreshment facilities. Bars are also located in the Maze Restaurants on the Upper Ground Floor where reservations may be required.
Restaurants
The Maze Grill offers a table service lunch and dinner menu overseen by renowned chef Gordon Ramsay. Hotel guests are served a breakfast buffet in the Maze Grill. The Maze Grill can be accessed from within the Hotel by a platform lift or directly from Grosvenor Square via a stepped Entrance.
The Maze Restaurant is a Michelin Star rated fine dining experience. The Restaurant has direct access from within the Hotel via a platform lift or a separate stepped Entrance from Grosvenor Square.
Accommodation
The Hotel has 5 adapted bedrooms. The rooms are generally located either close to the lifts or fire escape routes. All floors of the Hotel can be accessed by lift. The Hotel bedrooms have generous circulation, there are assistance alarms beside the bed and vibrating pillows are available. A desk area is provided along with a large flat screen television with teletext.
The bathrooms in the accessible bedrooms have adaptations to assist disabled visitors. All rooms have baths with a shower over and some grab rails are provided to assist transfer. There are assistance alarms in the bathroom.
Access to All Areas
The passenger lifts located in the Reception Lobby offer access to all floors in the Hotel. Stairs can be used throughout the building as an alternative to the lifts.
A platform lift in the Reception Lobby area provides access to the Maze Restaurants on the Upper Ground Floor and also some Conferencing Suites on the Lower Ground Floor.
The main corridors to bedroom accommodation are particularly wide offering good circulation. Internal doors are generally held open on automatic fire closure devices.
Business Facilities
The Hotel Business Centre is located on the Lower Ground Floor and can be accessed via lift. The Business Centre offers computer facilities. Wifi is also available within the Hotel.
The Hotel offers a range of Meeting and Function Rooms which cater for small to large meeting groups. The Ballroom has a capacity for in excess of 200 people. Seating plans and room layouts can be tailored to individual requirements. Cloakroom facilities are available for the meeting and function areas. The cloakroom is situated on the Lower Ground Floor.
Facilities
There are accessible toilet facilities available on the key floors within the Hotel including the Reception Level, Lower Ground Floor adjacent to the Meeting Rooms, Lounge, Fitness and Business Centre and also in the Maze Restaurants. A baby change facility is available in the unisex accessible toilet on the Lower Ground Floor.

The Hotel Fitness Centre is located on the Lower Ground Floor and is accessible by lift. The Fitness Centre houses a range of state of the art gym equipment.
