Public Transport
Swiss Cottage London Underground Station is located approximately 250 metres from the London Marriott Hotel Regents Park. Buses run frequently along Adelaide Road providing good transport links to surrounding areas.
Car Parking/Drop Off
There is an Underground Car Park provided which has two accessible spaces. The accessible spaces are adjacent to a lift giving direct access to all floors in the Hotel.
There is parking available in the Hotel Car Park which is located at street level. This Car Park has one accessible space reserved.
There is a Drop Off area in the service road and taxi rank area located directly outside the Hotel Entrance.
Access into Entrance
There is direct access into the Hotel via lifts from the Underground Car Park. Access to the lift is via an inward opening single door. The door is operated by a swipe card. The Entrance to the Hotel from the Underground Car Park is located close to the accessible parking spaces.
There is level access to the Main Entrance from the pavement at the front of the Hotel. Visitors should note that there are two steps up from the Drop Off area, however these steps can be avoided by using a ramp provided adjacent to the Car Park Entrance. Entry into the Hotel is via either a control revolving door or pass doors which open outwards to both sides of the revolving door.
Reception
The Reception Desk is located on the Ground Floor of the Hotel adjacent to the Main Entrance. Many of the staff at the Hotel are multi lingual. Languages spoken include French, German, Korean, Russian, Spanish and Italian. The Concierge Desk can be found on the Ground Floor of the Hotel in the Reception Lobby. Concierge can provide assistance with baggage, transport and entertainment plans. There is also an ATM Machine available in the Reception Lobby.
Bars
Chats Bar and Restaurant is located on the Ground Floor of the Hotel in the Reception Lobby. The Bar and Restaurant offers lighter lunchtime refreshments and less formal meals, table service is provided.
Restaurants
The Centrale Brasserie Restaurant is the Main Hotel Restaurant and is located on the Ground Floor in the Reception Lobby, adjacent to Chat's Bar. The Restaurant serves a buffet breakfast and provides table service at dinner.
Accommodation
The Hotel has a total of 304 rooms including 148 family rooms and some interconnecting rooms. Suites and Penthouse accommodation is also available. The Hotel offers Accessible Bedrooms which are available in double, single or twin format. Most of the Accessible Bedrooms have interconnecting rooms. The rooms are generally situated either close to lifts or emergency exit routes. Facilities in the Accessible Bedrooms include assistance alarms, an accessible wardrobe and a desk area with tv and teletext.
The En suite Bathrooms in the Accessible Rooms have toilet facilities with grab rails and assistance alarms. All the rooms have baths with a grab rail. Transfer aids such as bath chairs can be made available but there are no roll in facilities.
Access To All Areas
There are 3 passenger lifts in the Hotel offering access to all floors. The corridors leading to accommodation in the Hotel are wide and have good circulation and visual contrasts. The internal doors are held open on automatic fire closing devices.
Business Facilities
The Ball Room is located on the Ground Floor and has a separate dedicated Entrance if required. The room has a capacity for 300 theatre style or 275 seated. Meeting Rooms are situated on the 1st Floor and all are accessible by lift. There are accessible toilet facilities adjacent to the meeting rooms. Rooms and seating plans can be arranged in a style to suit.
The Business Centre is located in the Reception Lobby on the Ground Floor providing computers with internet access and associated business support. The Hotel also has an Executive Lounge which is located on the 6th Floor of the Hotel and is accessible by lift. The Executive Lounge is for exclusive use of guests staying in Executive Accommodation.
Facilities
The Accessible Toilet and Shower Room is located in the Reception Lobby and also provides a baby change unit and changing facilities for the adjacent Health Club and Pool.
The Hotel has an Indoor Pool located on the Ground Floor Level of the Hotel. Level access to the Pool is provided from the adjacent changing facilities in the unisex accessible toilet. Access into the Pool is via steps. The Pool area has a Sauna and Steam Room which are on level access. The Hotel Health Club also offers a range of Health and Beauty Treatments.
The Hotel has a well equipped Gymnasium. Visitors should note that the Gymnasium can only be accessed by steps.
