Access into Entrance
The Entrance into the London Marriott West India Quay Hotel is via an automatic revolving door supplemented by accessible doors on either side, all the doors are on level access.
Reception
The Reception Desk and Concierge is located within the Reception Lobby and is available 24/7, there is also seating available for customers near the Reception Desk. Staff can communicate in the following languages French, Spanish, German, Polish, Lithuanian, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Indian Dialects, Japanese and Norwegian.

There are 18 Accessible Bedrooms at the London Marriot West India Quay and all have interconnecting twin or king size rooms. The total number of rooms within the Hotel is 279 over 12 floors. Check-in times are from 3:00 pm and Check-out times are before 12:00 pm.
Access to all Areas
The stairs that are located directly inside the Entrance give access to the Ground Floor only.
There is a ramp on the Lower Ground Floor which gives access to the Health Club, Business Centre and Passenger Lifts. Alternatively there are steps that can be used to get to these areas that are well lit and have handrails.
The lifts are located in the Reception Lobby offering access to all upper and lower floors. There are also Passenger Lifts on the Lower Ground Floor and Ground Floor which offer access up to 4th Floor and other Upper Floors.

The Platform lift in the Health Club Lobby is designed for independent use and has sufficient space for a wheelchair user and companion. Alternatively guests can use the steps in the Health Club Lobby to gain access to the lower level facilities. There is an accessible toilet located within the Health Club, it has good visual contrast and grab rails present.
