Public Transport
The Millennium Gloucester Hotel is located in the heart of prestigious Kensington less than a minutes walk from Gloucester Road Underground Station. The Underground Station connects 3 major lines including Piccadilly, Circle and District providing great transport links to the rest of London.
The Millennium Gloucester Hotel and Conference Centre is close to many of London's major attractions and most exclusive shopping districts.
Car Parking & Drop Off
There is a drop off area located directly outside the Main Hotel Entrance and close to the Accessible Entrance.
There is a Car Park located underneath the Hotel, but there is stepped access only from the Car Park to the Millennium Gloucester Hotel. Concierge offer a valet parking service for guests.
Access into Entrances
There is level access leading to the Main Entrance doors. However, there are 3 steps down from the Main Entrance into the Reception Lobby.
The Accessible Entrance is located immediately to the right of the Main Entrance. The approach to the Accessible Entrance is on level access. Once inside the accessible entrance doors there is ramped access to the Reception Lobby.
There is no access from the Millennium Gloucester Hotel to Bugis Street Restaurant. The Entrance to the Restaurant is located on Courtfield Road. There are 3 steps leading down to the Restaurant but a portable ramp is available upon request.
The Entrance to the Millennium Conference Centre is located opposite the Main Hotel Entrance. There are 5 steps leading directly to the Conference Centre Entrance but a platform lift is available to enable access. Staff will assist with operating the lift.
Reception
The Reception Desk is manned 24/7 and offers Bureau de change. There is an Induction Loop and Chip and Pin machine available at Reception. The Concierge Desk is located just inside the Main Hotel Entrance and offers guests assistance with luggage, booking trips and tickets.
The Millennium Club Check In Desk is located within the Reception Lobby. This desk is for Millennium Club Members only.
Bars
Humphreys Cafe Bar is located within the Reception Lobby and is open daily until late evening. The bar serves refreshing drinks, delicious coffees and light meals.
Restaurants
Bugis Street Restaurant is a Singaporean and Chinese Restaurant serving delightful dishes from the Far East. It is accessed via an external entrance only. The Restaurant is open daily serving lunch and dinner. A unisex accessible toilet is available within the Restaurant.
The Breakfast Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Hotel and is a self service Restaurant. Staff will provide assistance if needed.
Accommodation
The Hotel offers accessible en suite bedrooms with good circulation and visual contrast. All rooms are elegant and well appointed, boasting a relaxed, comfortable and functional environment perfect for both the corporate and leisure traveller.
Access To All Areas
The passenger lifts are located within the Reception Lobby and offer access to all upper and lower floors in the Hotel.
Once inside the Millennium Conference Centre Entrance there are 8 steps leading down. These can be avoided using the platform stair lift. Staff will provide assistance with operating the stair lift. There are also passenger lifts available inside the Conference Centre which provide access to all floors. Alternatively there are stairs in the Conference Centre that enable access to the lower levels and additional conference rooms.
Business Facilities
The Business Centre is located an the 1st floor of the Hotel. A variety of services are available in the Business Centre including internet access, printing, faxing, laminating and binding.
Facilities
There is an accessible toilet located on the ground floor near the Reception Lobby. A baby change facility is available within the unisex accessible toilet on the ground floor. There is also an accessible toilet available on the ground floor of the Millennium Conference Centre.
The Gym is located on the 1st floor and is for guests only. There is a range of cardio machines and free weights available.
