Access into Entrance
The Main Entrance is located off Adam's Row and is on level access, there are revolving doors and two adjacent doors. The Ballroom Foyer Entrance is located directly next to the Main Entrance.
There is an alternative Entrance located on Grosvenor Square. This entrance has a revolving door and two adjacent doors.
Reception
The Reception is manned 24/7 and is open for general enquiries and checking in and out. A foreign exchange service is offered. The Concierge Desk is located next to the Reception Desk and is available 24/7. They offer assistance with luggage, booking theatre tickets and general directions etc.
Bars and Restaurants
Avista is an Italian Restaurant located adjacent to the hotel. The restaurant has a separate street entrance at 39 Grosvenor Square. It is located on the ground floor.
