At New Forest District Council we are committed to providing all of our customers with a welcoming environment. We are working with Direct Enquiries to provide detailed information regarding the access and facilities that we provide.

The Town Hall is fronted by the Lymington Information Office which is open Monday to Thursday from 8.45am to 5.15pm and Fridays 8.45am to 4.45pm with the cash office being open daily from 8.45am to 3.30pm.

The reception area has been undergoing an extensive refurbishment which is now completed and includes an accessible toilet.  Interview areas are now being reviewed to ensure that they are more accessible to customers.

You can get help with enquiries on all Council services including:

- Housing
- Leisure
- Planning applications and local plans
- Housing benefit and verification
- Council tax
- Refuse and special collection
- Environmental Health
- Purchase of refuse and recycling sacks
- Purchase of parking clocks
- Payment of NFDC bills

You can also get information,  help and advice about the County Council.  The Town Hall building is also shared by the Lymington and Pennington Town Council, Social Services and the Registrar Enterprise Agency.

Should, for any reason beyond our control, there be physical changes that could not be made, our colleagues will be happy to provide personal help and assistance to make your visit to New Forest District Council as pleasurable as possible.
