Public Transport
There are two bus stops which are on Cherry Lane. Both of these are about 300 metres from the hotel. The route from the bus stop heading towards Bath Road is not step free as you have to cross Cherry Lane where there is only a dropped kerb on one side of the road.

The general circulation at the hotel is good with wide corridors and open spaces. Lighting at the hotel is good and the internal doors are wide enough for a wheelchair user.

The reception area is open and airy with a low counter for wheelchair users or seated persons. There is also plenty of seating at various heights.

There is one bar inside the hotel named the Elements Bar. Elements Bar is a short distance from the reception area and entry into the bar is via a ramp or a set of three steps. The bar is a quiet area that offers table service with various seating options.
Restaurants
The hotel has one restaurant called the Elements restaurant. It is next to the Elements Bar located a short distance from the reception. The restaurant has an open plan entrance and offers table service to its guest. There are various seating options in the restaurant.
Health Club
The hotel has a gym and swimming pool, both are located a short distance from the reception. The route to the gym is level. The step free route to the swimming pool is via an outside ramp which leads to the swimming pool entrance. The Internal entrance to the pool is via a single door that has three steps that lead down to the swimming pool.

Staff will help guests by reading menus, bringing food to their table, helping with payment, check in and out, and showing guests to their room and anywhere else they need to go. Staff speak a number of languages including Spanish, German, Polish, French, Dutch, Indian and Portuguese.
