The hotel has an underground car park with three accessible spaces located close to the accessible entry point into the hotel. There is also a wide drop off area directly outside the main entrance of the hotel with level access leading to the entry doors.

There are bus stops located close to the hotel. From two of the bus stops there is a small step where the kerb has not been dropped far enough. The route from one of the bus stops is accessible and provides level access.

The hotel is located on Lambeth Road via a level tarmac road. The entrance has a double set of automatic doors that slide open on approach.
Circulation
The circulation around the hotel is very good. There is lift access to all floors and the corridor widths are adequate. The doors at the hotel suit a number of users and the general areas are well lit.
Reception
The reception area is spacious and well lit. There are three desks all at a height of 1.02 metres. A variety of seating is provided and a portable induction loop is available.
Bars
The Flag & Whistle Bar is located on the ground floor and there is level access leading to the open plan entrance. There is an additional entrance from the outside that also has level access. Table service can be provided and the level of lighting is sufficient.
Restaurants
The Elements Restaurant is also located on the ground floor and there is level access from reception leading to the open plan entrance. There is a generous amount of seating and the level of lighting is sufficient.
Health Club
The hotel has a fitness suite located on the basement level which can be accessed via the lift from reception. The entrance door is activated by a key card from reception. There are male and female changing rooms provided however there is a step leading to the shower cubicle. The fitness suite has a gym, steam and sauna room. There is a step at the entrance of the sauna room and the door leading to the steam room measures 650 mm.
Business Facilities
The hotel has six meeting rooms located on the first floor and access can be gained from reception via the lifts. All of the rooms are accessible and there is a general area where staff are on hand to offer assistance.
