Accommodation
The hotel has eight accessible rooms with en-suite bathrooms. All have an accessible toilet and shower facilities. There are connecting rooms available.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The hotel has an underground car park with six accessible spaces located close to one of the lift access points into the hotel. There is a drop off area outside the main street entrance and the exhibition and group conference entrances.
Public Transport
Hammersmith tube station is located approximately 300 metres from the hotel. The station is wheelchair accessible however the route to the hotel involves the use of a fairly steep ramp. Hammersmith bus station is also nearby and again involves using the ramp.
Access into Hotel
The main entrance of the hotel on street level has a large revolving door at the centre and a door either side that open both ways. There are also additional entrances on the ground floor for access to the group desk and the exhibition hall. The first floor entrance also has a revolving door at the centre and a door on the left hand side that opens out.
Circulation
The circulation around the hotel is very good and there is lift access to all of the different facilities of the hotel. The corridor widths are adequate and the doors suit a number of users.
Reception
The reception desk is located on the first floor of the hotel and has a lower desk on the right hand side. From the ground floor entrance there is a lift leading up to the reception area and there is level access from the first floor entrance. The lighting level is sufficient and there are various seating areas. There is an induction loop available which is well signed and a concierge desk which is located a short distance away next to the restaurant.
Bars
The Lounge Bar is located adjacent to the reception desk and there is level access leading to the open plan entrance points. There is a seating area which is well lit.
Restaurants
The Elements Cafe is located on the ground floor and is only a short distance away from the reception desk. There is an open plan entrance and a large seating area which is well lit.
The Elements Restaurant is adjacent to the Cafe and again has an open plan entrance. There are self service counters and table service can also be provided. There is an additional seating area that can be accessed via a shallow ramp or steps.
Business Facilities
The hotel has extensive conference and meeting room facilities. All of the areas are accessible and access can be gained via lifts and also escalators. There is also a business centre which is located on the first floor not far from the reception desk.

Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, providing assistance wherever necessary. There are a number of different languages spoken by staff throughout the hotel.
