If the spaces are full for any reason there is parking available at another hotel which is approximately 5-10 minutes away.

Public Transport

Kings Cross St. Pancras is the closest accessible tube station to the hotel and the route from there is accessible. There are a number of bus stops along Euston Road near to the hotel, again the route from these is also accessible.

Access into Hotel

The hotel is located on Euston Road via a level paved road. There are steps and an accessible platform lift leading up to the entrance doors. There is an automatic revolving door at the centre and two single doors, one on either side that open both ways.

Circulation

The circulation around the hotel is very good, corridor widths are adequate and doors are wide enough for all users. There are lifts serving all levels and stepped areas are also supplemented by a platform lift or a portable ramp.

Reception

The reception desk is located just inside the entrance doors. Some users may find the desk high at 1.16m however staff are on hand to offer assistance and a moveable chip and pin machine is available. The lighting around the reception desk and the surrounding area is adequate and there is an induction loop which is well signed. There is also a concierge desk which is located directly opposite reception.

Restaurants

Mirrors Bar and Restaurant is a quiet area offering table service for both food and drink. It is located close to the reception desk where there is an open plane entrance on level access from within the hotel. There is an additional street entrance from Euston Road that is stepped. A lower seating section is located inside the bar that can be accessed via steps or a platform lift.

Health Club

A gym is located on the fifth floor that is accessed via the lifts. The gym and the changing rooms are accessible however the shower, steam room and sauna all have steps leading to them.

Business Facilities

The hotel has a variety of meeting and conference rooms located on different floors. The lower conference rooms have an additional external entrance and are all accessible. The hotel also hosts the Shaw Theatre which is accessible and a provision can be made at the front of the stage for wheelchair users. There is an additional conference area on the 1st floor which is accessed via the lifts. There are also two PC's located in the Connections Room which is next to the bar and restaurant which provides internet access.
