The Royal Victoria and Custom House for Excel DLR Stations are both located near to the Hotel and buses run near to Custom House DLR station accessing local routes.

The Hotel Car Park is accessed from street level and has accessible parking spaces available.
Access into Entrance
Access into the Hotel is via level access to an automatic revolving door supplemented by an adjacent accessible door.
Reception
There is an Accessible Reception Desk located to the right of the Main Reception area. Both Reception Desks are located on the 1st Floor and is available 24/7. There is an Induction Loop available and staff can speak the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, Indian Dialects, Russian, German, Sri Lankan, Polish, Bulgarian and Lithuanian.
Bars
The Upper Deck Bar is located on the 1st Floor just off the Reception Area and is open all day, every day. They provide light snacks and meals are also available on request.
Restaurants
The Upper Deck Restaurant is located on the 1st Floor just off the Reception Lobby, it is open daily from 06:00-00:00 for breakfast, lunch and dinner services. It offers air conditioning, a terrace and excellent Brasserie style food.
Accommodation
There are 13 Accessible Bedrooms available at the Novotel London Excel. There are accessible shower facilities with grab rails and tip up seats. All bedrooms have interconnecting rooms.
Access To All Areas
The Passenger Lifts accessing the 1st Floor are located in the Ground Floor Lobby and will take passengers to the 1st Floor / Reception Area. There are also a set of stairs which are available to access the 1st floor.
The Passenger Lifts which access all Upper Floors are located within the Reception Lobby. Again there are stairs available which also gain access to all Upper Floors.
Health Club
The Relaxation Room is located within the Health Club on the 8th Floor and is an excellent space to unwind and relax with an electronic massage chair available. The Gym is also located on the 8th Floor and offers a mixture of Cardiovascular machines and free weights.
Business Facilities
The Conference Rooms are located on the 1st and Mezzanine Floors. They can provide different seating plans and additional equipment is available upon request.
Facilities
The Accessible Toilet which is located within the Reception Lobby on the 1st Floor provides drop down rails, an assistance alarm and facilities at an accessible height. There is also a Baby Changing Unit located within this toilet. There is another Accessible Toilet available on the Mezzanine Level offering the same facilities.
The Complimentary Internet Access Desks are located within the Reception Lobby and are available 24/7. Some visitors may find the desk too high, the height of the desk at its lowest point is 1000 mm but Staff will assist visitors who find the desks too high.
