Nuffield Health runs 50 Fitness & Wellbeing Centres across the country which are a new look at health clubs that provide a comprehensive range of services that you wouldn’t usually find in a gym.

 

At Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centres, our goal is to get the nation healthy – inside and out. Exercise is a major part of staying healthy, but it’s important to do the right sort for your body. That’s why our trained health experts can really help by putting you on the right track. By helping you choose the techniques and pace that suits you best, they can help lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, build your immune system, as well as get you fitter and stronger than ever. You can also get professional treatment and advice from our clinically trained fitness team. As well as fitness facilities, there are on-site health MOT assessments, professionally trained health advisors, relaxation areas and regular health seminars. These centres range in size but generally offer:

All members receive a FREE health MOT delivered by a Wellbeing Advisor which provides a clear view of their health. All members receive a report that leads to a personalised action plan tailored to the individual needs of the member, plus regular check-ins chart progress and improvements over time,.

            • Aerobic Fitness and Activity levels
            • Energy levels
            • Sleep quality

 

After the health MOT, we’ll give members a report that will help us create a personalised action plan for their individual needs. Plus, regular check-ins will chart progress and improvements over time. This will help members to keep motivated, encouraging them to reach their goals and get healthier.
