Car Park / Drop Off
The Car Park surface is compacted stone over Natural Trodden Ground. At the start of the easy access trail there is one accessible parking bay.
Old Winchester Hill Routes
The Circular Walk and Hill Footpath are accessed from the main car park at Old Winchester Hill. There is an information shelter at the entrance to the trail which gives information about the history of Old Winchester Hill.
The Circular Walk pathway meanders through the woodland at the base of Old Winchester Hill. Beware that there are uneven steps on the pathway.
There is seating at various points along the trails.
The centre of the hill fort is marked by two concrete monuments with details of towns and cities that can be seen from the summit.
