Car Park and Drop Off
The Car Park is situated on Moseley Street to the left of the Hotel Entrance. There are 5 accessible parking spaces. To exit the Car Park you will need to obtain a token from the Hotel Reception.
There is a 24 hour taxi rank at the entrance to the building and a dropped kerb to the right hand side of the Main Entrance.
Transport
Buses pass along Alcester Street in both directions providing links to Birmingham City Centre and surrounding areas.
Access at Entrance
The main entrance to the Hotel on Alcester Street is accessed via steps from the pavement and double entry doors. There is an accessible entrance situated to the side of the building.
The accessible entrance is situated along the pathway to the right hand side of the main entrance. The accessible entrance is ramped and has a doorbell to attract the attention of reception staff.
Reception
The reception desk is immediately to the left as you enter the Main Entrance.
Facilities
There are two telephones available. One for phoning rooms within the Hotel, the other telephone is a payphone.
There is an induction loop available for guests who are hard of hearing.
There is internet access available in reception at two desktop computers and there are various Wi-Fi hotspots around the Hotel.
There is an accessible toilet available on the ground floor of the building. There is a baby change facility available at an accessible height. This is situated within the accessible toilet.
Naylors Bar is situated on the ground floor and is accessed directly from the reception area.
This is a partially converted accessible Bathroom, there are grab rails, a hand basin and a bath.
The Accessible Bedrooms are situated on the first-floor. The room can be changed for twin beds and have vibrating pillows available upon request.
Access to all areas
There is a passenger lift available for transport to all floors.
There are stairs leading to all floors as an alternative to the lift.
