Accommodation
The hotel has ten accessible bedrooms which are spread across four floors located close to the lifts and disabled refuge points. All of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath.
Car Parking/Drop Off
There is a large car park located next to the hotel which is shared by the Premier Inn and the Inn on the Park Restaurant. There are twelve accessible spaces, eight for the hotel and four for the restaurant. The spaces are close to their respective building entrances and on level access. There is a drop off point located close to each entrance and is on level access.
Public Transport
There is one bus stop which is located near to the hotel on Innova Way. There is level access from the bus stop to the hotel entrance.
Access into Hotel
There are two entrances at the hotel. Both entrances face the car park which is to the rear of the hotel. There is level access up to the entrances with a slight incline leading up to the doors. The doors are automatic and provide clear level access into the reception lobby. Night entry into the hotel requires a key card. An intercom is available to the side of the entrance should assistance be required.
Circulation
The hotel has a good level of circulation with all areas leading from the reception lobby. Access to the bedroom corridors, lift and stairs requires a key card. The door controls are of an accessible height and reception is close to all of the doors should assistance be required.
Reception
The reception counter is of a good size and a prominent feature of the reception lobby. Whilst the counter is not of an accessible height staff will assist customers who find the counter too high on the customer side of the desk, or at one of the nearby seating areas. An induction loop and portable chip and pin machine is available.
Bars
The Inn on the Park has a bar and restaurant which is open all day. This is located next to the hotel and can be accessed via a covered walkway from the hotel entrance.
Restaurants

The hotel has a good compliment of staff available to provide assistance. A number of languages are spoken at the hotel which include: English, Hindi, Lebanese, Polish, Russian and Spanish. It is advisable to contact the hotel in advance should a specific language be required.
